AAKG – contains the highest quality arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, taurine and vitamin B1. Arginine takes part in the synthesis of nitric oxide – compound, which dilates the lumen of blood vessels ensuring the proper oxygenation and nourishment of muscle tissue.

Taurine along with insulin replenishes arginine effects, regulates fluid and electrolyte balance, plays neurotransmitter and neuromodulator functions, as well as facilitates the circulatory system functioning and has antioxidative potential. Components of the preparation indicate anticatabolic and pro-anabolic effects, as well as facilitate regeneration.

Vitamin B1 is essential in the process of internal respiration. Also has impact on the proper muscle and the nervous system functioning.

It is recommended to take 1 to 2 servings a day. One serving is 5 g of product dissolved in 200 ml of water or juice. On workout days one serving before and after workout. On rest days one serving in the morning after waking up.
