FORMULATED BY SCIENCE
Regular training or high-intensity workouts deplete muscle glycogen stores and cause damage to muscle proteins. Consuming carbohydrates and protein post-exercise replenishes glycogen levels and supplies the necessary proteins to aid muscle repair.
SUGGESTED USE
Add 46g of powder (one scoop) to 500ml water and shake. Foaming is normal.
Leave to stand for at least 1 minute. Best consumed between 30-60 minutes post-exercise.
Recommended to weigh out for the most accurate measure.
