MyCore Supplements Ltd. use An Post to deliver your orders safely.

If we do not have a product or flavour in stock we will contact you to see if you’d like a refund or to take an alternative product or flavour.

Dispatch Times:

Ireland/Northern Ireland

Delivery 1-2 Days (Monday to Friday) delivery with An Post.

United Kingdom & E.U.

Delivery 2-3 Days (Monday to Friday) delivery with An Post.

Collection Times:

Collection in Cork can be arranged by contacting us by email on info@mycoresupplements.ie

Orders of €60 or over – FREE

Orders under €60 – €5

UK/Northern Ireland 

Orders of €200 or over – FREE

Orders under €200 – €10.50

Rest of E.U. €24.99

An Post

If the order is made before 3pm on a weekday your order will be dispatched that day and received within 1-2 working days.
If there is nobody at your address at the time of delivery, An Post will leave a docket specifying where you can collect your parcel. Please note that An Post will not attempt a redelivery.
An Post will not leave your parcel at a location without a signature.
An Post  do not deliver on the weekend or on bank holidays.

 

Delivery Notes

It is of the utmost importance that we try to get your parcel delivered on the first attempt. This way everyone is happy.

Here are some suggestions on how we can make this happen:

  • Provide your most updated Mobile or Telephone Number.
  • Your most recent Email address
  • Please ensure that someone is home to sign for the parcel. (This can be you or a friend or family member)

If that’s not possible……..

  • Arrange to have your delivery sent to your workplace;

If that’s no good………………..

  • You may know of a trusted neighbour who would be able to sign for your package.

Delivery Terms

MyCore Supplements reserves the right to amend any shipping costs that have been incorrectly selected. For example; any person in the United Kingdom/Channel Islands/Europe who does not select the correct shipping charge will have this amount automatically added to their order at the charging stage.

Finally, we accept that unfortunately there may sometimes be occasions when, for some reason, there is a problem with delivery. It may arrive late; it may arrive damaged; it may not arrive at all. In any of these cases, we will endeavour to ensure that a replacement is arranged with the absolute minimum of fuss for you, and that you get a full refund for any postage you have paid.

Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, who will be charged €9.95 if we make a collection on their behalf.

Whilst we do try to keep all our info pages polite and friendly, for legal reasons brought about by a minority of our customers, we do need to state that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel. MyCore Supplements or An Post can not be held liable for failed deliveries unless any of those parties has been negligent in their duty to deliver.

We reserve the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery.
