Directions for use

Mix 1 x scoop (4g) with (250-500ml) of chilled water.

Use a shaker or stir thoroughly for 30 seconds for best results. Scoop provided is an approximate (4g) serving measure supplied as a tool, for accurate measure please use weighing scales. Do Not Exceed 1 Servings Per Day.
