RESYNC PM is a multi-ingredient food supplement formulated for use as part of an evening routine.
The formula combines magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6 with selected amino acids and botanical ingredients, including glycine, valerian root, KSM-66® ashwagandha, holy basil, Meriva® curcumin and black cohosh.

It can be purchased independently or used alongside RESYNC AM as part of a structured morning-and-evening supplement routine.
Take one serving in the evening with your final meal, as directed. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Glycine, Magnesium (as Magnesium Glycinate), Valerian root extract (10:1), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract (KSM-66®), Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum) leaf extract, Curcumin (as Meriva® Curcumin Phytosome), Zinc (as Zinc Bisglycinate), Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) root extract (2.5% glycosides), Vitamin B6 Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, vegetarian capsule. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Take 1 serving daily (10 capsules), preferably in the evening with your last meal. For tolerance assessment, you may begin with ½ serving. Do not exceed 1 Serving per day Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. WARNING: Keep out of reach of children.
