Black Currant Fiber is obtained from dried black currant pomace. It is a product of natural origin, which is highly digestible and easily absorbs water.
Dietary fiber is a mixture of polysaccharide and non-polysaccharide substances of plant origin. These are compounds that are not digested or absorbed in the human digestive tract, which is why they are often referred to as residual substances. Two fractions of dietary fiber can be distinguished – soluble fiber and insoluble fiber, which are commonly found in foods, including oat flakes, bran, nuts or dry pulses.
The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that every day, along with the diet, provide the body with at least 25 g of dietary fiber. How to ensure an adequate supply of the valuable ingredient? A good solution may be to include OstroVit in the menu – the powdered dietary supplement can be used as an addition to oatmeal, smoothies, yoghurt or baked foods.
Suggested usage
Mix 1 scoop of fiber in 100 – 150 ml of water or juice. Wash down with an extra glass of water. The product can also be added to oatmeal, smoothies or yoghurt. Consume twice a day, 30 minutes before a meal.
