Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short, high-intensity physical exercise and beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
Suggested usage
Mix a 4 g portion (1 scoop) in 100-150 ml of water or juice.
On workout days, consume one serving a day – after waking up or after training. On non-training days, consume one serving a day after waking up.
