The branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are among the essential ones and they account approximately for 35% of the essential aminos in muscle proteins. Our product contains a high dose BCAA matrix (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine). Plus our formula provides you with a great 2 g dose of L-Glutamine per serving, which is not an essential amino, but it is the most abundant amino acid in the human body and a conditionally essential one, meaning that when the body is physically stressed, there may be a need for dietary intake.
