Strom ZMAX – What is ZMAX? Very short it’s Strom’s version of a ZMA. It contains 4 high quality ingredients in good doses.
As with any ZMA product it’s recommended to take before bed, you can take 1-2 capsules depending on your preference. Ideally you can stack it with our popular SupportMax Neuro.
Formula: (per 2 capsule serving)
- Magnesium Threonate – 800mg (of which magnesium – 63.8mg)
- Magnesium Bisglycinate – 400mg (of which magnesium – 78.8mg)
