Supplement Needs Sleep Stack is a fully transparent, non proprietary product containing 6 ingredients at efficacious doses as part of the Supplement Needs Dean St Mart Health range.

Formulated by Dean St Mart using 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), Pyridoxine-5-Phosphate (Vitamin B6), Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5), Zinc from Zinc Monomethionine, Magnesium from Magnesium Bisglycinate, and the amino acid L-Theanine.

Designed to complement the biochemistry of sleep to support falling asleep, and staying asleep.

 

Directions for use

Designed to be used during periods when sleep support required.

1 serving (2 capsules) to be taken, preferably 30 minutes before bed on an empty stomach.

Also if a late meal before bed is being consumed, 1 serving is best taken before this final meal.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Additionally Sleep Stack can also be stacked alongside PM Priming Stack and Magnesium Bisglycinate for comprehensive evening time relaxation to augment sleep hygiene practices and improve the quantity and quality of sleep.
