Trec Vitamin C Sport Effervescent Tablets – a dietary supplement containing a sweetener. Vitamin C helps maintain the proper functioning of the immune system during and after intense exercise.

The beneficial effect is obtained when consuming 200 mg of vitamin C per day above the recommended daily dose (80 mg) of vitamin C.

Acidity regulators – sodium bicarbonate, citric acid; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) (25%); binders – sorbitols, polyethylene glycol; aroma; red beet concentrate; dyes – carotenes, riboflavins; sweetener – sucralose.

Endurance Vitamin C Sport Effervescent Recommended Use:
a single serving of the product – 1 tablet – dissolve in 200 ml of water. Use once a day.

Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The preparation is not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women.
Do not use large doses of vitamin C (over 500 mg) in people with a predisposition to the formation of kidney stones or suffering from kidney stones, and in disorders of iron metabolism. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
