Glycine – 3000 mg

• Role: One of three amino acids needed to make glutathione; also supports collagen, creatine, and digestion.

N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) – 1000 mg

Directions for use

Take 1 serving per day ( 12 capsules ) preferably in the morning or you may split the dose to 6 capsules in the morning and 6 before bed.

Do not exceed 1 dosage per day
