The formula of the dietary supplement combines two active ingredients: guarana seed extract and caffeine contains 228mg of guarana seed extract and 200mg of caffeine per daily dose ideal for vegetarians due to the cellulose capsule.

guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana) [22% caffeine] (38%), anhydrous caffeine (25%), maltodextrin, capsule shell (glazing agent – hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Guarana + Caffeine Recommended Use:
Take 1 capsule a day with an appropriate amount of liquid, preferably before breakfast or 30 minutes. before training.

Warnings:
Do not consume with other products containing caffeine or other ingredients with a similar effect. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Due to the high caffeine content (200 mg / daily portion), the product is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, diabetics and people sensitive to caffeine, with hypertension and other circulatory system diseases. Do not exceed 400mg of caffeine daily. The product contains naringenin, which may affect the intestinal absorption of some drugs, leading to temporary changes in their metabolism.
