Apple fiber is obtained from natural, carefully selected apple fibers. It has a pleasant, fruity scent and convenient powdered form. It is a water-insoluble compound that swells quickly when it comes into contact with liquid.
Dietary fiber is a mixture of substances of plant origin that are polysaccharide and non-polysaccharide. These are compounds that are not digested or absorbed in the human digestive tract, which is why they are often called residual substances. There are two fractions of dietary fiber – soluble fiber and insoluble fiber, which are commonly found in food, i.a. in oatmeal, bran, nuts or dry legumes.
World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that every day, along with the diet, the body should be provided with at least 25 g of dietary fiber. How to ensure an adequate supply of a valuable ingredient? A good solution may be to include OstroVit in your diet – powdered dietary supplement can be used as an addition to oatmeal, cocktails, yogurt or baked goods.
Suggested usage
Mix 1 scoop of fiber in 100 – 150 ml of water or juice. Wash down with an extra glass of water. The product can also be added to oatmeal, smoothies or yoghurt. Consume twice a day, 30 minutes before a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Do not ingest if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Keep out of the reach of children.
