OstroVit Beta-Alanine 2400mg capsules consist of only one substance – Beta-Alanine. The product is designed with the highest portion of the amino acid in oral capsules form. A dietary supplement, especially for people with increased physical activity.
Beta-Alanine is an organic chemical compound from the group of endogenous amino acids (produced naturally in the human body). Its excellent sources in the daily diet are foods of animal origin, especially white and red meat, fish and seafood. Its additional supplementation is used by people with increased physical activity by increasing the level of carnosine in the muscles. This, in turn, can reduce muscle acidification and delay muscle fatigue during high-intensity exercise, thereby improving exercise capacity and physical performance. May also support the growth of lean body mass.
1 serving: 1 capsule. Take 1 serving 3 times a day with a meal. Disposable intake of beta-alanine in excess of 800 mg may cause side effects (tingling, numbness). It is advisable to consume a single serving of 800 mg with a break of at least 3 hours between individual unit servings of the product. The product is intended for people with increased physical activity.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet and should not be consumed if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Recommended as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Children, pregnant or nursing women must not take the product.
Keep this packaging tightly closed in a dry place, at a temperature of 15-25°C, out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
