**Daily portion of the product
The recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day is 45 ml.
Water;beta-alanine; 17% apple juice from concentrated apple juice; L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG); L-citrulline malate; glucuronolactone; Rhodiola rosea extract [root] ( Rhodiola rosea ) [1% salidroside, 1% rosavins]; 3% lemon juice from concentrated lemon juice; acidity regulator (citric acid); choline bitartrate; Korean ginseng extract [root] ( Panax ginseng ) [1% ginsenosides]; aroma; dye (ammonia-sulfite caramel); sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, neotame); preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
A single portion of the product – 15 ml (1 tablespoon) – use 3 times a day.
On training days: first serving in the morning after waking up, second serving 30 min. before training, the third portion immediately after training.
On non-training days: first serving in the morning after waking up, second serving between meals, third serving after the main meal.
Shake before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
